No I would not pick up a Poisonous snake ringneck snakes are harmless here in Florida I usually fined them when you’re doing yard work. I have never had one try to bite me. They are a very small snake I have I never seen one over a foot long.
I am afraid of snakes.
I understand I don’t like roaches and I’m scared of them also.

That’s good you save it, our cats will leave a little dead snake that looks like that by the door😂.
