Have you ever been reminded that the walls have ears?
I've heard it severally. If you're an African you must have heard it from an elder especially in the village
I used to find that saying very funny and meaningless until i began to understand some principles of life that have to do with it
The walls and every other thing around us have ears and most of the things that happen around us exhibit some characteristics that we do
When you love a particular thing it will love you back, the closer you move to things they also take steps forward to meet you.
That's just a principle of life
When you see other people progressing in life, the worst thing you can do is to envy them or react negatively either by words or actions.
Same way, when things aren't going well with your enemy, do not rejoice, because rejoicing over a bad thing that happened to another person shows that you like it and you might just be inviting the same thing to befall you without even knowing it
Rejoice with your neighbour when they're progressing and sympathize with them when they're in pain.
There are no two ways about it, when you rejoice and appreciate good things, good things will come your way, that's just the principle
Be at your best always, you attract what you like and repel what you don't.
