Pay the damn price
Would you rather window shop, stand aside and only admire the things you want and not buy them because the price is high or would you go out and get the money and pay for it?
I went to a supermarket recently to get some food items. I noticed that most of the items are costlier than they used to be, I was just about asking why the hike in price, then i realized we're in the month of December and Christmas is just around the corner
It's normal in the part of the world where I stay that every December, especially towards the ending the prices of commodities always appreciate. Some say the reason is due to the high in demand of commodities during this period.
If you begin to go through the different items in the supermarket you'd see that their price tags differ depending on the size and value of each item
I remember picking up two wrist watches that looked exactly the same but the prices were far apart. When I asked why, I was told that the costlier one is of a higher quality than the other
In life, there's a price tag to everything we want to achieve just like in the market. Some are quite expensive while some are moderate and some are cheap depending on their different values
Before you enter market to buy things, you must have things you want to buy in mind, you don't just go to market and start picking anything you see.
You plan yourself and sometimes even make a list of things to buy before going to market. This will make you have "focus" when you get to the market else you'll get confused on what and what not to buy
Apart from helping you focus, making a list also helps you to draft a budget for the market so you don't go and spend more than you ought to
To get the best in life, you have to know what you want first and plan towards achieving it.
And when you set out to achieve your goals, you have to be ready to pay the price for every goal you want to achieve because nothing comes for free
Always know the cost of everything you want and know whether you are willing to pay the price. If you are determined enough to get something, prepare for it and go all out to get it, having the ultimate price in mind and being willing to pay it
