I remember what a friend of mine always say "responsibilities make a man responsible". Initially I was struggling very hard to understand why he made that statement or what he meant by that, but as time passed by I've had experiences and encounters that made me understand and believe in that statement of fact
It takes a courageous and brave heart to take responsibilities, especially difficult ones. Only mature minds take up responsibilities due to them even when they seem difficult
Sometimes also, people do some things that they ought not to do in life, but they refuse to own up, maybe due to their ego. They don't want people to know that they did such thing. Sometimes when they're asked they either deny it or avoid It, that attitude doesn't make one mature, it doesn't make one responsible
What makes a man great is when he takes up his responsibilities no matter how difficult they are, and also own up to the things he does no matter how bad or shameful
It might be difficult sometimes to own up, especially when one makes mistakes, but we have to know that nothing good ever comes that easy. If it's really worth It, then we have to be ready to do what it takes to get it
Being a man or being responsible is not only when you get married and have children, it's not when you build mansions and live a luxurious life
Responsibility comes with a lot of tasks, difficult ones. Be a man and own up, be responsible!
