After listening to those words I really took my time to digest and understand what he meant by that; after thinking it through, I came up with the following:
Every individual has a natural talent that they posses, a talent deposited in them from birth.
When someone is born with a particular talent, they don't have to struggle much to get it out, all they need to do is just make use of the talent. The more they use the talent the more it comes out of them
On the other hand, one can also develop or build on a particular skill even though they weren't born with it. Unlike those that were born with the talent, those learning the skill will have to struggle very hard to acquire ot and also be good in it
Disclaimer: I'm in no way, I'm in no way agreeing with what Zlatan said about Ronaldo and Messi, I only agree that some talents are natural while some are learnt and acquired
It's obvious, from this article that natural talents are always far better than acquired talents. So if you have a talent, work on it and don't let it die
