We never really believed it until we saw it happen, my mother used to tell us a story about one man named kwabaiko.
Kwabaiko is a name which literally translated to "push cup".
This man really lived out his name, he pushes cups every other day irrespective of the colour or size of the cup.
little wonder why they say people's names influence their character
Mr Kwabaiko or Kwakus nwa as he was popularly nick named by the young men in the neigbourhood because of his love and dexterity in "cup pushing" kept on pushing cups until one day, he saw a very beautiful cup, this very cup was looking so fresh and inviting bit was very small
Because of his insatiable appetite for cups, Kwabaiko insisted he must also push this cup, he tried severally to force his huge fist into the cup all to no avail
And guess what happened?
The law of constriction in physics was proven right!
His hand got stuck in the cup and wouldn't come out, that was how all the neigbours gathered at the scene.
Some came to rescue while some came to confirm what they've been hearing about Kwakus
After every strategy and attempt to get the man's hand out of the cup proved abortive, the owner of the cup appeared from nowhere.
Guess who it was?
Agbalanze the great medicine man
That was when the whole villagers knew that might be the last cup that Mr Kwabaiko will ever push in his entire life because everybody knows Agbalanze to be a very wicked man and he doesn't tolerate rivals
At this point, everybody started to run here and there scampering for safety
Then I suddenly woke up!
I feel this sharp pain in my right hand
Please, who am I?
