Physical exercise means the regular movement of the limb of our body according to the rules .It is essential to keep our body fit and mind sound.

Various kinds of physical exercise such as swimmimg ,walking, wreslting, riding , racing , rowing , gymnastics and playing outdoor , indoor etc. exists.

Swimming
Running

All form of exercise are not suitable for all mene. If a weak person play football or hockey for a while ,they will get tired. It does no good for him.

Those who are strong can take all forms of exercise . Even I was very healthy that looks me quite fattish . I tried to do physical exercise starting with walking , swimming . Then i go to gym , doing some physical exercise and get fit.

It makes my mind very sound and also make me fit. The importance of physical exercise can't ne described in a single article , so i will make a further part of it . Till then good bye.
