I believe that everything you feel is real. Emotional thinking is all that seems to be true. You treats emotions like a fortune teller. You cannot separate your feelings about reality.
If you have feelings, identify them or give reasons. Sometimes it works. When you are happy with someone, you can conclude that you like them. However, emotions are not always driven by reality. Emotions are caused by a number of factors: psychological, environmental and deep physiological. It can be the result of fear, prediction, previous ideas or beliefs. Emotions are always valid, because they need to be experienced, but they are not always true, because they do not always reflect reality. Feelings are not true.
From our thoughts to reality is much harder. That's right. Thanks.
