Hi everyone so for today dish I'm going to discuss on how to make a Chicken Cordon Bleu. This is quit easy to understand and learn. These ingredients are for 6 servings

The ingredients that you needed are:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

1 tablespoongarlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

16 slices swiss cheese

½ lb ham, thinly sliced (225 g)

peanut oil, or vegetable oil, for frying

1 cup all-purpose flour (125 g)

4 eggs, beaten

2 cups

 panko bread crumbs (100 g)

The procedure to make it first flattened the chicken using rolling pin or if you don't have you can used and bottle(i.e. catsup) as alternative.

If you already flattened each chicken breast the next thing you need to do is put all the seasoning (pepper, salt,garlic and onion powder) in the chickens.

Next, for chicken put an 4 slices cheese in the middle of chicken and hams depending on how much ham have you cuttedput it equally in each chicken above the chesse.

Then, roll the chicken but itself until you make it like a sushi shape(lumpia just imagine it, its hard to put it in words sorry hehe). Put a toothpick in the beginning, 2 at the middle and at the end of the chicken role.

After that is add a flour in the surface of the chicken before rolling it in the beaten egg. After rolling it in egg roll it in the plate with bread crams.

And then you can start fry it. It should be deepfry with medium heat for atleast 5-10 minutes.

After cooking you can cut it circular pieces and serve it. Additionally, you can make its own sauce but if you dont have enough time you can just buy a Eden mayonnaise.
