Practice Gratitude Let us be grateful everyday not only to the people who make us happy, but to the life that was given to us by the Almighty God. ***What do you have to be grateful today?*** Being thankful is good for our health. In a 2015 University of California study those who exhibited higher levels of gratitude were shown to have better quality of sleep, more positive moods and less symptoms if potential heart failure. Unfortunately, it is easier to see faults than find cause for thanks. We've lost the ability to simply be thankful to what we've got. Maybe we're too busy, more caught up with our own lives. ****Allow yourself to show gratitude at all time**** Try to consciously put gratitude and thanks ahead criticism. Gracious and emphatic people find effortless to show gratitude to others and do not focus on being critical. If that's hard for you, look around for inspiration, Is there someone who seems to show thanks without effort or question asked? ****Identify whom you are grateful to**** Explore who has earned your gratitude by asking yourself. ***"What am I truly grateful in my life?"*** List the things you're thankful for and trace them back to the people who've earned your gratitude. Face the Truth No man had ever lived his life without getting stained. May it be by blood, dirt, dust and other unwanted impurities soaking at their very entirely. **NOW,** **Raise your hands. Stare your body. Take it slow. One by one. Do you see where you get stained?** Those unwantedness at one or two made ourselves whole or made yourselves broke. Which one did you chose to live with you? I hope you'd pick your brain's choice. Being stained doesn't mean you're dirty thus making you different from others. Rather it only shows that you've gone through difficult times in your lives and you were able to conquer it with all your might. Did you ever see a hero or a warrior who won his battle without getting stained by blood? Or covered with dust? Or didn't shed a tear? They fought for their victory and their lifes were also stained. Is this a sign? Hello everyone 👋 Good Day! I haven't think an article to post yet but I will just share something. On my way home while riding a jeepney (means of transportation) there is a beautiful butterfly perch on me. It is believed that once there is a butterfly that will perch on you something good or bad will happen. I haven't told you that my Grandmother is a superstitious believer. And everything has a meaning for her. I asked her about the different meaning of butterflies according to its color. Black - means misfortune or talks about death. Green - means prosperity and wealth. Yellow - means hope and peace with your soul. White - means that there is an angel watching you. Brown - means new life and something good will happen. These are in accordance of my Grandmother's belief. So, it is not scientifically proven so its up to us if we believe it or not. Thank you for reading. ❤️

What comes in your mind after seeing it? Some of you might think those are dirty and an act of vandalism. But definitely it's NOT! It is a what you called MURAL. It is any piece of artwork painted or applied directly on a wall, ceiling or other large permanent surface. Murals are important in that they bring art into public sphere. Types of Murals: Traditional - it is just a simple wall painting art. Graffiti - street art playing a contemporary wall painting. Some Mural tell a story about history and culture. Others tell about an advocacy or a cause one believes in. So if happened that you see a mural try to observed it and checked what this artwork advocacy.

The True Magic When all seemed not to care, when time wants you to be on your own and when all matters unbelievably fall, there is a friend to whom you can lean on. They are the voice of what we feel inside especially when we mute by the words from our hearts and minds. It has a magic where it can let us sing, where it can let us dance, where it can make us remember the past and where it can let us feel the emotions we used to suppress as another day passed. We tend to seek someone's attention whenever we need one whom we can show our weakest side. The moment when we need to share our deepest thoughts and ardent wishes with, we look for someone who can lend use her shoulders and the one who's going to embrace us with no second thought. But how about if there's no one who will show up in front of you that very day thay you need all embraces you search for, **will you cry and hid yourself? Definitely, NO!** **Music expresses unspoken expressions. Psychologist stated that it relaxes the mind and attracts positive chi (soul) that neutralizes the mood of the person through the vibrations being made by it.** The very reason why most people usually listen to music when they can't control their feelings anymore is for them to relieve stress and drama-free. Music tends to play the role of being the mouths as well as being the ears of every person's moments of angst. Listening to music and singing with it also helps us to maintain a healthy heart and mind that will make us an individual with better aspects in life and brighter outlook of the day. ❤️

Which one is Best? When we hear positive things, we always feel that eveeything that we will do will turn out the best. When we used to hear nice lines, our hearts always leap out of so much pleasure that we always earsed the word of failure in the vocabulary. When we always take praises, we learn not to appreciate the wonder it brings. One, who doesn't know what it feels to fall, never knew how to rise up the first time he did. Criticism once been thrown have the power to change one's perspective. Judgements once never handle can destroy the living dreams in one's heart. Words like these can provoke someone to prove himself that he is not what they think he is. Negative lines can make someone better knowing that no one believes but himself. These have always been their stepping stones to let the people believe what he can do for them. Honestly, neither optimism nor pessimism is the best one the choices. It is how we took those words and work things out for the glory of someone who appreciates us the most. It is making yourself happy and living the life you wanted to live without stepping on others. It is about living in the best way using the best of both words.

What if yourself meets yourself? I have something to tell that we have in common. As codified by human nature are the existing and non ending inconsistencies between mortals to mortals, nature, between man and divine intervention and most especially you versus yourself. It seems a bit fictitious but truthfully these are not made up facts that can convet studiously enthralled what we read in novels, stories and legend. As William Shakespeare, a playwright in renaissance English, has said, *the world is a stage and we (humans) are the actors and actresses.* Every character in a play has roles to show. The story is narrative element begins with an exposition and later ends to have resolution. But before it ends to be resolved and feel to have the sense of closure, the characters meets struggles, unexpected forces from nature and fellowmen. It may come external forces that can strike you in visivle enerft similar to protagonist and antagonist in a story. However, in some instances a chatacter opposes to someone or something that is internal, enclose with are personal beliefs, principles, opinions, and perception often we withhold. *"Prepare for a battle for I will declare war against myself!"* The struggle to overcome the nature to make a choice and choose between the good and the evil. It's a choice to be happy and to depressed. It's a choice to be pessasive and to be submitting. It's a choice to hate and to love. It's a choice to be introvert and extrovert. It's a choice to sin, it is in you if you yield in the devil's attempts. And it is a choice to be **WHO YOU ARE!.. Choices conquer and govern the world.**

The Best of Words It is hard when all you do is to please and all you receive is what's not. It is bad when they tell you you're good but deep inside it wasn't better than any of other's best. It is painful to hear what's real than to be fascinated with half-baked truth. *When all those things haunt your ear, what would be the words you want to hear?* No one could ever ease the pain of someone whose heart was been pained by words his heart can no longer handle. No words can ever be beautiful to listen to, to those who live their lives knowing that they were always wrong. Real that there were times and even often wish to hear the words as lovely as they were uttered, than to be awakened by those whose letter will stab us upon being understood. Blind as we always are we will never see the things we do until someone tell us that we are doing it. But good as we are, we always forgive for they deserved it. Understanding as we will always be, we forget for all deserve second chances. And amazing the emotions that we had. We still accept the fact they made mistakes for all was entitled to make one and learn from it.

Self-Personality Our pesonality is a complex characteristics that make us special and uniqe. It is what makes us different from everyone else, so called special. Personality is influenced by either our environment (Nurture) or genes (Nature). Genes determine our personality. We inherit our pesonality from our biological parents. There is a 70% possibility that one of the children will adapt the personality of the parents. Our personality are influenced by our environment. At birth, our mind is still a blank sheet and our personality is developed based on our experiences. I remembered that when I was young I used to follow what my siblings our doing because children learned by constant observation of others. But whether our personality is influenced by our genes of environment, a fact still remains that "**You are your behavior**!" Understanding the factors that affect our personality will help us control our behavior on how we see situations and make a sound decision. Also, understandinh our pesonality will help us better relate with other members of our family, friends, relatives and the community.
