When you stay under the sun in broad daylight everyday, it can help you lift your mood. Staying under the sun can increase your serotonin level which the one responsible for improving our mood and making us happy.

• Morning sun is the best. I really recommend this. Besides of increasing our serotonin levels, it can also be used as a Vitamin in our body. Staying under the sun from 7am to 9pm is best for generating Vitamin D. After 10am is harmful for the body. It is more on exposures of ultraviolet rays already.

During your leisure time, you can walk in the park or somewhere with fresh air.

Do your exercises outside. Activities like biking, hiking, jogging, etc. can be a good example.

During lunch break at school or work, you can go outside and eat on a bench or bring a coffee to indulge sunlight for a while.

You can also open your curtains, drapes, and blinds at your home and workplace to increase the amount of natural light you are getting to boost your serotonin levels.
