The care of skin and treatment of skin problems.

It took me lots of energy to reflect before I settle to write on this therapy.the reason is obvious I know people consider urine as to be dirty.And so writing on it might not bring me crown of gold but crown of throne.this is because we are living in the age of science and technology and talking of urine when Orthodox medicine is sharpening it's instrument to save mankind from disease would seems like going back to dark ages... however inspite of this kind of thinking I still settle down to write about it because it works perfectly well.

✔️In urine therapy we use mainly what is called fresh urine or old urine

Fresh urine: your first urine is collected at your first wake up in the morning after good night sleep.

Old urine is use in external application.

Fresh urine can be rubbed into the skin as a body lotion.it makes the skin smooth and gives you a healthy appearance.it has an excellent effect on on the skin for it will not only make it smooth but also soft and the hair rich.

How does one go about it.

After taking your bath dry your body,then rub a fresh urine on your body as you may deem fit.leave it to dry up.
