to be loved and cared for,they have the right to live, to feed, to cleanse and to give due attention because they are also the work of our Lord God just like us humans. Many of us consider them part of the family but unfortunately many of us also violate their rights. The law called Republic Act No. 8485 better known as the Animal Welfare Act promotes the welfare of animals. This law aims to punish those who violate the rights of animals. People who love animals are strongly advocating for and supporting this law. Despite the widespread campaign to take care of animals here in the Philippines, there are still people who ignore this advocacy, people who ruthlessly tomu "torture" and kill dogs, cats, birds and others to make honey or like they are just toys. Tortured, mistreated and abused, for example there is the pet buffalo who is made a helper by the farmer in plowing the land on the farm who works almost all day under the hot weather. they can not speak and complain means they are not hurt anymore Like us people, they also feel tired, tired and in pain. We are just the same world in which we live and all they want is the care and respect of our people even if they are animals. Let's give them value or importance because just think without the animals if we continue to abuse them, where will we get one of our main sources of food? who will help the farmer to cultivate the crops in the field? who will bark, protect you against evil spirits and kill the pests inside your house?
