What is mental health?
Mental health includes finding balance on all sides of
your life - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This is
ability to enjoy life and face the challenges you face every day-
day - whether this includes the choice or the decision-making, adaptation and
coping with serious problems, or the expression of needs and
desire.
As your life and circumstances change constantly; the same
