The final art of what I posted earlier I used IbisPaint x and PicsArt in doing this art. I added the light post and the girl from the free image of picsart then added a bit of effects to enhance the art. Also, as I tried to add a different effect, it resulted to a blue green art that I find cute as well hehe. What I learned new is how to draw or add the lights hihi it's cute to see it glowing like a real light. It's nice Kasi nagpapantay Yung texture but try to black out some parts sometimes to add more dimensions?
