Whatcha gonna do with the dessert?
Hi everyone I want to share you what I've learned from watching cooking vlogs on YouTube. This is a new way to upgrade your typical ice candy. You can serve this to beat the heat and you can also start a business from this. I started a small business of Ice candy ala Magnum with my two pretty friends. Enjoy reading.

INGREDIENTS
1 big can of evaporated milk (chilled overnight)
1 big can of condensed milk (chilled overnight)
1 big can of all purpose cream (370mL) (chilled overnight)
1 cup Chocolate
PROCEDURE
In a bowl, whip the chilled all purpose cream until the size is doubled. You can use an electric mixer or you can also whip it manually (10-15mins).
Put the evaporated and condensed milk in the bowl with the whip cream. Mix well. Chill it while preparing the chocolate.
While doing this you can start boiling water. Then melt the chocolate
In a small casserole put 1 cup of chocolate (we used goya dark chocolate) and place it on teapot with boiling water. What we need is the steam from the boiling water.
Cook for about 1 minute until the chocolate become more like a syrup.
After melting it, put it in a squeeze bottle.
Use a 2x10 plastic. Add desired amount of the chocolate in the plastic then spread it upward using a stick, this will determine the height of your ice candy.
Add 1 cup of milk mixture to the plastic with choco then tie it. Use a funnel to avoid spillage.
Put it in a refrigerator overnight.
