Gregori, the Great

Who is Gregori Perelman by the way?

The way that this Russian mathematician looks, he’s uncertain.

Uncertain, for he had upheld the Poincare conjecture.

But how would people believe about something that lacks proofs?

Proofs that could perfectly kill one’s curiosity

Proofs that could remove one’s doubt.

I started to seek piles of information from the internet.

Only to find out what’s behind this conjecture.

Of all the words that Google had given me, only three terms caught me.

One, space for we believe that in this theorem, we should not observe spaces.

For in space, there should be no boundaries, no limits, and no finale.

I vexed stretching a rubber band around a surface of an apple, changes happened.

Like loving someone who’s holistic, no holes nor spaces of buts and what ifs.

Two, homeomorohic, for there should be a continuous change, continuous inverse.

That every loop can be continuously tightened to a common point.

Like loving the things you hate about the person.

You need to fill in the holes inside him to make your relationship tighter.

Three, simply connected that every path between two points continuously transformed.

As the apple’s surface is simply connected, stretched by the rubber band, slowly shrinking.

As you go through the path of one’s life, there should be continuous changes, transformation.

Inverse transformation that could make the worse into better.

But of the three terms that I’ve learned, I realized that you are like a doughnut.

I am the rubber band.

You are not simply connected for you have many holes of doubt.

No matter how many times I would dare to make loops of love around you,

As long as you’ve set spaces, nothing will happen.

And that’s what Perelman taught me.
