Kamala Bhog

Kamala Bhog sweet is one of the sweets of Bangladesh. Slightly larger in size than Rasgolla. Because of the name Kamalabhog, oranges are also used in this dessert. Kamalabhoga sweet is made by mixing common fruits with chickpeas.

Method of preparation:

Kamalbhog sweets are basically made from baby oranges (peel and juice) and sugar. While making chana, milk is boiled with orange peel. After that the chick is smoothed and served with orange juice. That chana is made into a round ball and is netted in the sweet vein. After that it is covered with net for a while and cooled and served cold. Cloves and saffron are also sometimes served on top.
