Rest In Hell

Those who did suicide are victims of their depression. 

You can't judge who did suicide as a sinner people who kill themselves. Having depression is like a disorder in your mind that keeps killing your sane. You can't sleep, you lost your interest, it feels like you're alone, it makes you feel you're worthless. They can't say anything about what's in their mind because it confuses them. They can't stop hurting themselves. They thought if they kill themselves the sadness they feel will end. 

Depression will shrink your dopamine to make you uninterested in everything. That makes you search for something that you will become addicted to and depend on it like social media, drugs, alcohol, or food because those are producing dopamine. But they didn't know that they create toxicity in their mind. 

Depression is a sensitive topic especially in a religious country because it might break what they believe in. Depression is not a temptation of the devil but a battle by itself. It's not easy to be in depression because people will judge you by your faith or religion. Depression is not because they lost their faith. 

I saw some people will comment when a person died because of suicide, "rest in hell", "she can't be in peace because it's a sin to kill themselves", "some of them become a bad ghost" and many more. People lack empathy nowadays. They think if we talked about depression we are tolerating the suicide rate. No, no one wants to hear others have suicide. Instead, we should help them and understand their situation. 

We should separate our beliefs in Medication and religion so we will understand their situation without judgment.
