When my dad got positive last Tuesday with Covid, because he got exposed to someone at work with Covid, immediately he was brought to the Isolation Facility in our province. He called us telling his situation, immediately I asked my mom to pack dad's things and I'll bring it to the Isolation Center. I saw my dad, sitting with his 2 other workmates , dad's face looks so worried, I couldn't helped myself but cry. A security personnel approached me and informed me I am not allowed to go near my dad and that he has to be the one to take the luggage I was bringing. I tried to go near my dad but I was stopped, right then my dad stood up and shouted "Nak, I'm okay. Please take care of your mom. My boss will call you, tell them what you need, they will assist you." and I replied stubbornly " I don't need that, we need you. Dad, I'm scared". Dad shouted back , "Please go home to your mom, everything will be okay", and he turned away. I drove home sobbing as it hurts to leave my dad there. The isolation center was at it's poorest condition, it's not well ventilated, and can easily be destroyed with strong winds since it's made out of light materials, these are old tarpaulins from old City Fiesta's being used to separate each patient's rooms. It was raining too and it's very muddy. I can't imagine living my dad there but we have no choice. When I got home, we called our Barangay Personnel informing my dad's situation. They asked us to stay at home and we will be undergoing swab test as well to see if we got infected. That night, we couldn't get any sleep. I hear my mom's cry and I can see how worried he is to my dad. The next day, we we're swabbed. Everything went smoothly until our neighbors saw nurses coming to our home with PPE's on. Rumors spread , and even though the results haven't gone out yet , our neighbors started tagging us as POSITIVE patients. Many wouldn't pass by our house and worst I saw one of our neighbor splashing water with chlorine in front of our house. People would message my mom and me, and obviously most of them really aren't that concern, just trying to get more details from us. We told them we were interviewed already and we have given details to our travel history and have contacted everyone who got exposed to us as well.

Yesterday was my mom and dad's 31st Wedding Anniversary. It's the first Wedding anniversary they celebrated separately. I know we can surpass this. Please help us pray for our family.
