You can never be self-sufficient unless you have to hold the hand of another person to achieve this glory and conquer this world. The person holding your hand can basically be considered a counselor. Not just as a consultant but as something else. When you hold someone else's hand, it may mean that you are their mentor.
Who is your guru?
A guru is a person who gives you advice and always does good deeds for your welfare. The mentor is more experienced and he can teach you things that you may not know yourself. In every area of life there is someone who wants to go through you. Such a person can be your mentor. All you have to do is trust that person a lot. Because, to achieve your goal in life, you may not be able to go it alone.
It is really important to have a mentor for everyone who wants to be great and conquer their world. There must have been a mentor behind a great man who never became a great man. Likewise your mentor can be your father or mother. However, a mentor is someone who is with you on your journey to greatness. He or she plays an important role other people can’t give you.
A mentor can be anyone who is your father, mother, brother, sister, uncle or anyone.
And if you follow the advice of the mentor, you can be very successful. You must trust your mentor a lot.
Their lives and experiences allow you to go in the right direction. You have to learn a lot from them.
A mentor helps you be accountable. He or she examines your progress and impact. Ensures you are on the right track and not losing focus.
Instructs you to take the next step. Gives you a chance to correct yourself when you make a mistake.
The role of a counselor is important to ensure you achieve your goals. When the journey gets tough, you need to rush to that ‘earthly’ person for your advice, support and encouragement. The counselor is like a person who has no chance of failing if he takes the job hard.
Holding your hand is not a very difficult task for one. They are all around us. For some people it could be their spiritual guide, it could be your teacher or lecturer, it could be anyone who is in your career or destination and is achieving greatness. As long as the person's life sets a good example for you and you can learn from them, hold this person's hand in your life. A consultant can be changed every time. They can be too far or too close. If they are away, learn to be part of their books, biographies, experiences, occasional programs, and / or spend time with them.

Be someone's mentor, don't mind your age or status. Helping others is the big business of our present generation.
When you fulfill your responsibilities as a mentor, you give yourself space to do more. As the pride of being inspired by someone you will get the urge to achieve more heights, don’t let yourself fail. You will be more anxious to do more and achieve more. As you help the mentor and the other person achieve his or her goals, you will learn more, and improve.

Where there is no one to look up to as a mentor, dare to be the person that other people can look for. Mentor-ship relationship is strong.
You can connect with someone who will not let you down until you have achieved your purpose in life. You can be someone that people can hold their hand to conquer their world.
