There was a time when we weren’t obsessed with coffee or going out in a coffee shop. It didn't matter then if we only spooned it out of a sachet, dissolved it in a thermos of steaming hot water, and softened the harsh taste with spoonful of sugar and milk every morning. It was merely a method of putting the night behind us and beginning the day fresh.That was the norm before December in 1997 when the Rustan's Corporation introduced Filipinos to Starbucks, a fast-growing coffee brand from Seattle. From then, it swiftly became evident that sipping powder from old peanut-butter jars wasn't enough. It was suddenly became okay to pay hundreds of pesos for a cup of coffee. Coffee was something you had to try, not something you had to do quickly. We were all suddenly willing to spend money in every ounce of that experience that Starbucks had to offer. Starbucks became status symbol for many people. It set the path for a new kind of coffee culture, even though it was just its third overseas outlet at the time. It's tough to deny that through Starbucks, we now appreciate excellent and quality coffee in a new and exciting way.

Starbucks has been introducing additional items to its menu and expanding its service offerings. Their innovativeness to grow and spread has undoubtedly taken a giant leap. During the years that Starbucks has been operating, the company has been providingwith each customer they connect with by providing them the highest standards of beverage quality consistently.Over the years, Starbucks has been creating a warm, welcoming, and clean ambiance where consumers can connect with themselves and others in their community. Many people like this service because they can focus on what they need to do or just enjoy the quietness that the store offers to them. Starbucks also offers free internet connection. This service not only allows people to connect and surf the web but it also allows people to socialize in groups or even host meetings at each store.

When you go up to the cash register at any Starbucks, you are greeted politely and well. Throughout many restaurants, you can tell that the employees are neither discouraged or tired of their jobs, and you always get the impression that the customer service is good. Starbucks is always strived to be at its best for all customers. This type of service is known as customer service, and it is widely provided by many organizations. However, Starbucks has found a way to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring that the consumer is treated well and given the assistance they require to have a delightful experience in the store. This ensures that the customer returns again for a second trip, and while it benefits the company itself in profits. Starbucks also provides its customers with a mobile application that can be downloaded on their smartphones. This application is accessible to everyone making the customer order their drink in a more efficient and quick manner. With this app, customer are allowed to easily customize what they want in their beverage.

It was a little over two and a half decades ago when Starbucks was introduced to Filipinos. Twenty-five years and 300 stores later, there are still queues in Starbucks stores and will continue to have queus as they provide the outmost quality.

Regardless of how many shops offers a variety of flavors, I believe that Starbucks still remains one of the most sought brands. It's pricey but worth it naman.
