Who doesn't like someone to clean? The sanitary facilities guarantee comfortable and healthy living conditions. Think of a hard-working, efficient plumbing group that has untold billions, but is unaware of strikes or labor disputes! This is the hydraulic unit for the beetle. Each member is well prepared for the job and has a good team. Fleshy insects performed their important functions long before humans existed on Earth.

Two hundred and thirty different species of beetles make up this global health group. Most of them and their larvae feed on dead animals. As a result, your digestive system converts much of what you eat into chemical combinations that plants can ingest.

Different types of slaughterhouse beetles have very different sizes. While some reach nearly three inches long, other salad beetles are little more than spots. The average length is about 1.3 cm.

Beetle bodies and wings are flattened and flexible so that they can crawl under dead animals. Also, their larvae are flat. Beetles that bury dead animals are well equipped with claws. Some scavenger beetles work so well that scientists use them to clean delicate bones.

Meet a Sanitation Group representative

By taking a closer look at a member of the cockroach hygiene group, the Sixteen Beetles, you can get a glimpse of the incredible work that meat insects do.

The sixteen, less than an inch long, is black and has wide orange-yellow stripes on the wing cover. Do a lot of funeral work. They work in pairs and tend to care for small animals: rats, frogs, fish, and dead birds. But you can also bury rabbits, dogs and cats.

Controlled by his powerful nose, a 16-year-old flies through the dark and lands next to the corpse of a small animal. The beetle touches different parts of the carcass with its sensors and begins to work. Soon, a woman enters the scene for 16 seconds. The two work together at the funeral. Driven by instinct, they don't give up on obstacles.

An experimenter placed a dead rat in a low bush. Two sixteen beetles crawled up the bush and freed the mouse from its entanglement. After sinking into the ground, the insects immediately began to bury it.

What happens if an animal is found in an unsuitable place for burial? For example, a dead rat may be on the side of a paved road. First, 16 can try to dig into the concrete. But if that doesn't help, they will take the dead rat to a better graveyard. It can move a dead animal up to three meters. I like?

A sixteen-year-old beetle is lying on its back and hopping on its strong legs. When the cockroach moves under the mouse, the corpse begins to sway. Then, with a single large pedal stroke, the sixteen moves the mouse forward, possibly 1.3 cm. This process is repeated until the dead animal is placed in an appropriate graveyard. While the male is lying on his back and pushing with his legs, the female tries to remove sticks and stones that may be in the way.

After taking the dead rat to a suitable graveyard, the sixteen crawl under the corpse and begin digging its head and feet. The dead mouse begins to sink slowly. The earth dissolves in the body. When the funeral is over, the 16-year-old digs a tunnel so that the woman has room to lay her eggs. Until the eggs hatch, the adults feed on the corpse. The adults then feed the hatched larvae the partially destroyed meat of the dead animal. When the larvae develop into adult beetles, the parents get up and recover.

In fact, sweeping roaches are a remarkable health group.
