Is the increase in charges due to maintenance justified?

Last January 2022, I and one of my landlady's daughters got into a fight. Yes, you read it right. I came up fighting with her, due to the overstay of the comfort room and we the boarders can't even pee when they used it.
Then, the real owner came here to listen to our complaints about her relatives staying in.
They make gossip about me because I am the one who fought for the sake of the borders. They don't wanna be cast out by the owner since they don't have a place to go.
They think that I am going to say bad things about them. They were wrong, I'm not like them. So, they talk to the owner first and make my image bad for her. So yeah. You see the picture.
Then, the time came that the owner and her daughter went to our boarding house to have a forum.
Before that, the daughter of the owner which is my classmate in college asked me if I can concede that we will not listen to us the borders because as they listen to their relative, I am the one who fights them first. Wow. That blast.
So I told them, listen to us. Don't be one-sided so you can justify who's the one telling the truth and the one who's making stories.
And the trial begins. They listen to both of us.
As I listen to the owner, my assumption of what is going on is true. They believe in one side of the story. So I gave mine. Not only me. We talk.
The story that they told the owner is way different from our story. They hit me personally and below the belt. But my story, seconded by my board mates was the truth.
The owner and her daughter justified that we the borders are telling the truth which they can see thru our eyes the genuine story. Well, they got their relatives to tell the truth without them knowing. They catch them in their mouth. So yeah. The owner sided with us. So they got sanctioned.
Nine months later
After the faced-off trial last January 2022. The big problem came again and that was the bills.
Higher bills
The higher the current bill, the water bill, and of course the Rental pay.
Electric bill
Our electric bill got higher because of the higher electricity charge from the company. We have meters, in every room. So that's not a problem.
Water bill
This problem occurs even before. We already told the relative of the owner who's living with us and sharing the water bill for seven years should have their water line or water meter since they do not belong to the borders. But they are so hard-headed.
When this September bill payment increases three times the usual bill. They got shocked. Well, I'm not shocked after all since I know how they use the water.
We have PHP 2,200 in the water bill before. So when you multiply that by three we got a 6,600 water bill. We need to divide that into 16 heads together with the children.
412.50 pesos is the water bill per head.
So, our board mate here who has four family members will pay 1,650 per month for the water bill.
Additional payment for renters
Additional 1000 pesos per room. We understand if they will make this additional 1000 pesos rent. Don't wanna argue with that.
The owner said she will increase our rental pay because of the maintenance that the boarding house needs.
Total payment for one family
Room = 2k + 1k = 3,000
Water 412.50(4) = 1,650
Current. = 500 (example only)
Total of 5,150 per month.
Total payment for single
Room = 2k + 1k = 3,000
Water 412.50= 412.50
Current. = 500 (example only)
Total of 3,912.50 pesos per month.
