A Valentine Story: Did Your Plan Worked On Valentine's Day `February 15, 2022 - Tuesday, 03:00 PM` Have you ever come to realize that the world would be a better place if only we can make each and everyday same as Valentine's Day chill'hustler's? That's what pop's up in my head when I woke up this morning that leads me into writing this one today.
Yesterday was the celebration and feast for the **Patron Saint of Love and Lovers** which is **Saint Valentine**. A day where in people of all types, color of skin and nationality around the world practices to celebrates, because that is the real power of love, it connects and unites people of all races. Even people with different religion and beliefs practices to celebrate valentines day. If we humans could only learn to love one another without prejudice, pride and ego, the world could have a much more caring and understanding society in the future ahead of us. Upon celebrating the feast of Saint Valentine yesterday, I find it hard to believe why almost all people celebrates this special day. So, it leads me into digging more about the story of Saint Valentine. All I ever know before was he's a Roman Catholic Priest which was jailed for his teaching and ended up healing his jailers daughter blindness to whom he falls inlove with. On the day of his execution, Saint Valentine then wrote a letter to his jailers daughter that says "**From Your Valentine**" and up until now it is still wildly celebrated worldwide. But, as I went further even more connecting ideas of Saint Valentine's Legendary Life, I found informations that are very vital to all of us for understanding why it is not officially celebrated anymore especially for the Roman Catholic Church. Saint Valentine has been long recognized by the Roman Catholic Church but not until the year 1969 because the Vatican doesn't have enough reliable information and stories to prove it that leads the Church removal of the Saint Feast Day in the Roman Catholic Calendar. There are lots of story about Saint Valentine's legendary life also which was gathered by other legends that time. There's a story in which Saint Valentine's was claimed to be a Monk and heals epileptic person while sharing what he believes but then stories comes out to be strong of him about being a. Christians Priest which leads him to his martyrdom because he was also persecuted in the times of Christian Persecution in the year 270.
With all that knowledge I gathered chill'hustler's about Valentine's Day, it's time for me also to share how I planned to celebrate and what exactly happened on this special day of the year. Pre Valentine's Day Around first week of December, our initial and original plan was to celebrate it same as the way we celebrated Valentine's Day last year 2021. Wherein we went to a Beach Resort and spend the entire day swimming and relaxing, but the whole planned was cancelled after typhoon Odette hits our Province. Our little and friendly saving/budget for this special day was immediately redirected to buy some steel plate roofs because our house roofing back in the province was totally broke down by the typhoon. So after the typhoon, all the plans we have vanished along with the devastating typhoon that hits us last December 16 of last year. Valentine's Day The special day arrives, me and wifey doesn't have any plan by that morning but little did she know I have something in mind even if I don't have any cash on hand. I drained my e-wallet and withdraw all that's left from my Bitcoincash Wallet which I earned from these two brilliant platforms of **Bitcoincash (BCH).** Then, I went to a pawnshop to get my cash fiat money. I planned on buying some common stuffs on a Valentine's Day that serves as a gift but wifey doesn't like buying things of that nature, especially chocolates. So nothing happens in the morning and when lunchtime comes, I ordered a jollibee super meal via Grab food delivery in which I caught her being surprised with when I gave it to her, so I was happy with the result of my act. When snack time comes at three (3) in the afternoon I bought her a cup of ice cream. Then the evening come and wifey asked me to have a dinner on a famous food park in our place and we went their. As we arrive, the whole place is fully packed with lovers and family dining out. Almost all tables and chairs was already accommodated, so we didn't get the chance to eat what we wanted to and ended up eating which table becomes unoccupied. With a little bit of luck, we ended having a table on a pork lechon food stall and so we ordered for a 1/4 kilo of pork lechon and **dinuguan** (pork intestine) paired with mountain dew. After we've done our dinner, we went closer to the band in the middle of the food park wherein lots of couples and lovers listening two the lovely voice of the band's vocalist. We stayed their also for just five (5) songs only and decided to go home because of this covid and omicron fear reasons for the place is beyond overcrowded, it's jam-packed..!!! When we arrive at our boarding house, our boardmate's were having a drinking session so we ended up joining with them then went to bed afterwards. We ended the nigh taking our booster (vaccine) shots on bed chill'hustler's...!! Lol..!!!
Post Valentine's Day Story As I wake up late, my head feels so heavy while dealing my hangover. We ended up drinking two cases of beer and we're only 4 persons drinking all of it. At the end of the day, it was still a great valentines day for me and wifey because we still get the chance to celebrate it. As we move forward to another year in our lives, we should always be appreciative to each and everyone's effort and time. Valentine's Day isn't just about the most luxurious present and pricey flowers and chocolates we can give, but it is also about appreciating the people who surrounds us and showered us unconditional love each and everyday, especially from our family and friends. Lastly, we should always try to imitates God love towards us and spread it as much as we can most importantly to all that really need it the most. Haha it's better protected from any viruses lods kaya naka booster shot panigurado. Ayaw nya talaga, lastyear i have the same budget but nagalit lang siya bumili ako ng cake and chocolates pati balloons. Kaya ngayon, di ko nalang pinilit.
I agree, we have same thinking. Kahit nga my hubby will just cooked foods mas appreaciate ko pa. Ayaw ko din lumabas at masikip sa mga kainan. Impatient ako, mabilis pati ako maiirita😂
Same ngalang din tayo lods, gusto ko nga lang sana magluto sa boardinghouse ng crabs at shrimps kesa kumain sa labas, pero wives are always the boss kaya sinunod ko gusto nya para happy lang hehe

Tama lods, pero mag 8 months na din ako tambay, buti nalang talaga meron tung dalawang platform natu dito. Pero wala naman problema sakin ngayon si wifey. Hehe dipa napupuno ng konsemisyon haha

Belated happy valentines! Sabi ng economics teacher ko kaya lang daw nagkaroon ng celebration ng valentine kasi pauso lang ng mga companies para samantalahin yung consumers to buy more hahaha. Which may point naman kasi nga pag valentines bumibili ng kung ano ano para ibigay sa love ones natin
Tama naman talaga in terms of profit, may sense din professor mo lods, hehe but no one really knows and now, no one really claims what St. Valentine really was.
