Better Late Than Never

Now let's get to what I have for you guys today.

It is always better late than never, speaking from experience and told stories of people who in time have made their way through certain adversities, and every thing that looked liked a stronghold in there way. Honestly it's better late than never.

A story was told of a boy who lived in a small village in an African country, the boy was very young, brilliant and quick. His parents were not buoyant enough to supply everything he needed, unlike many other kids in his school at that time, they had more than enough to spare, Some had parents who are willing to sponsor their kids to any level they wanted. He was not privileged.

Sometimes before school he helps his parents in the farm, because most of what their survival depends on comes from that farm land, and every time he would wish things turn around for him and his parents, he at some point fell into great depression because of the situation of things, but his parent's as much as they can try to make their self available for him.

For a very determined person like this boy, he kept on working hard, despite lacking basic needs, he never gave up, he kept on believing, he would go to school many times on empty stomach even come that way, torn uniforms and open shoes, we could all imagine what it looked like, nobody wants to be like that, yet many people out there are like this.

On a very faithful day in school, it was lunch time the boy had nothing to eat he was just alone, no friends no associates, a teacher noticed and then told him he would buy him lunch if he agreed to have a race with the best runner in the school. He agreed he raced with the best student and won with a reasonable gap, everyone was surprised.

At this moment he started having friends he became popular and at least not usually depressed as he as always been, but this never changed the situation at home. His teacher decided to help him, by training him to be am athlete, his parents were in full support, he discovered his hidden talent and now on the course of making the very best use of it.

As time goes on, he became a local champion, won races between school in the communities, everyone now sings his name, but he never allowed that get into his head, he kept training he even trained harder and harder till he was recognized at the states level, he competed with the best of the bests but this Time he finished runer up to the defending champion of the competition at the state level.

This boy never gave up, but instead trained harder quite a motivation for me anytime I remember him, he was just so relentless and would stop at nothing to get to the height he has always imagined for him self.

Next stop, any opportunity came for him to take him a step closer to his dream, je competed again at the states level, this time he defeated every one and even set a new time record for the race, got his gold medal and had the opportunity to represent the country in the internationals.

What indeed a twist of faith, who would have thought? Not me. He represented the country, he won again, breaks the international record do the fastest time to ever finish a race all through the history of the competition, this was the end of a boy from a small village who would stop at nothing to get to the peak, not have hunger, not even tattered clothes and open shoes. He was determined.

In as much as you set your heart to something, you can achieve anything possible, don't stop, don't be discouraged, it might be late but you'll never be denied.
