Thinking about the rate of unemployment in the world they are lot of things that can be done to eradicate unemployment.

Guidelines for effective employment.

1) employ people that are genuinely needed by the organization.

2) employ from within the religious centers cause this on the important aspect of effective employment: as much as possible employ people that are members of religious centre. Sometime it is not possible to do so cause it is best employ people from trusted sources.

3) employ the people that you think are not rebellious and are trustworthy; when people are employed for non existent jobs, they become rebellious and dissatisfied. Such people complain and create bad connection or obstruct the flow of good communication in the office. It is better not to have any employee than to have a rebellious employee.

Step 1 : the application letter.

An application letter is also an official letter. To get employed you need to write a really good application letter.

Step 2: presentation of the application letter to the respected company.

There should be a presentation of documents by the applicant. There should be a presentation of the CV and certificates from school.

Step 3: The interview, the temperament examination.

A simple test can reveal a person true identity . Every applicant must interviewed by a panel.

This a letter that indicates the sanction package. It the step to be taken against an employee when he rebel against the organization.
