Do you ever felt like? You doin your best,and still some people around you lack what they called "appreciation". Other people just don't give you the same respect you are giving them.

I don't know. I just want to release this in my system.

This, always happen on a workplace, Well i think every workplace has this unAppreciated,power trippin bossy person.

For years I've been giving my 100 if not 99 at least, best work ethics. Reporting early, sharing my lunch, use my own pocket money just to earn his respect, because eversince i started working on this company, he's been consistently making me feel that i'm just this low and his the higher up.

Is it so hard to give that level of friendship? Or at least that kind of co-worker relationship? I dont really understand people who lack this ability, I mean why look down on a person and tell stuff you shouldnt be talking thats very disrespectful for me.

We should not look down on a person just because of his state of work. We should be a person who can give respect to everyone the way we respect CEOs .

Everbody has their own battle,we should start to treat each other better.

Looking on the brightside, i think life was hard for him when he was in his younger years, maybe thats the reason why people dont change because something happen in past and in my POV im bless to deal with people the same way i did with my managers and directors im thankful I got this attitude this persona, that you can take me anywhere and still be full of respect and appreciation to every person i meet.

RESPECT. it can take you anywhere.
