Good day!

Today I'm about to take you in a sneak-prev of what a Messenger/Driver is doing on a daily basis.

Let's start

4:00am

On the average, I wake up at 4 Am everyday.
I start  by stretching my body taking a few crunch of my arms and hands my neck my knees my shoulder my head 😂🤣

After some stretching,i will brush my teeth and take a bath.
What I do inside the bathroom is "Me Time" No details🤫

Then I will put on my uniform, do some hair✓,nail✓ and deodorant check.✓

if theres a leftOver food before that day it will be my breakfast. If none then im sorry🤣 i've to buy my breakfast along the way. Most of the time, we have no leftover. LEFTOVER!!! You seriuos, people in this class,dont make leftover😂🤣 anymore.

When im all set, im'a turn my service Vehicle On.
I have a Motorcycle
A Suzuki RaiderR150fi fastest in its class 1cylinder DOHC (Double-overhead-Cam) 😁

Note: Turning On your Vehicle Engine for 5 minutes before you take Off whether its a Diesel/gasoline Engine make your driving experience smooth and its good for your engine a Plus on your Engine Life span.

After 5 minutes engine start, i Drive for about 25 minutes (depends on the daily traffic in our area) some time it took me 45 minutes just to get to our company, can you imagine the traffic, worst traffic ever. The distance of my work from our house is just 11km. 25minutes/11km= what the pop🤣😂

And my ride can do 0-100 in just 6 seconds. Imagine the traffic the agony i have to go through.

The company i was working for is a Manucturing/Distrubutor of Motorcycle/automotive and SparePart
One of the largest company in the world.

Fair salary/Good Benefits is the few keys that I was able to last and still work in this company for 5 years and still Im not getting tired at all. It helps me alot

I would leave our home at about 5am or 5:15am ,travel for about 25 to 45 minutes and on or before 6am i was at my destination already.

I report 1 hour early everyday. Our Office time is 7:15am I check in 6am.
Between 6am to 7am i'll have my  breakfast at our Canteen do some Facebook,check some email,do my hygien. It was everyday Monday to friday t'was my morning routine.

Timecheck 7:10

Before the bell rung, i would be at our office.
Anyway the department i was reporting to was the ADMINISTRATION department.

7:15am start of office

First i would do my transportation document so that i could lend a service vehicle for the day, get the keys and take the document for signature and approval.

ServiceVehicle, as a messenger/driver we are authorize to use 4 wheels vehicle. Before me, they use Motorcycle, and there is this issue of documents not handed properly so they switch to Cars.

7:25am

I will do my, itinerary the day before and record any reciept/food allowance
As a Messenger/Driver we are entitle of 100php food allowance Additional 100php if you have Early Overtime and Add'l if you Drive Overtime theres a transportation and food Allowance, Transpo Allowance is 80 in the morning ang 80 in the evening that makes me 460php added to my salary per payroll and i think thats fair enough.

8:00am

At 8am i will round up,department by department and take my document Goverment/banks transaction/utilities payment for process i will stack this Document until 9am.
Why until 9am.?
Because 9am is the universal time of every bank here in the philippines. They always open at 9am.
Why cant you do other document first?
If you are a messenger you should always do the banking first. Because Bank have this Cut-off time, you dont want to pay for penalties do you.

Before 9:00am

Before 9am I have this particular Job of getting a five gallon/100 liter of fuel at our Authorized Fuel Supplier. This would take about 15 to 30 minutes depends on how many customer is there in the gas station.
This fuel is to be use by our Production Final inspection for Testing of new units.

9:05

At this Time i would go to the bank where I have a transaction and que on the line wait for my turn and do the transaction so this means that,if i have 4 bank transaction, I will have to que to every line and wait for my turn to transact.

Transaction takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
Queing and waiting in line takes FOREVER!!! 🤦🏾‍♂️🤣😂

No not really, the Que depend on how many people is lining to have a transaction.
In my expirience if I start at 9:05 with 4 to 5 banks i can finish my transaction all of it with in 3 to 4 hours. I just have to adjust who or what i should transact first. 
The first one is the "Bills Purchase" it has this CutOff time with penalty.
Second is Check Deposit, this too have a CutOff period but without penalty.
If you deposit your CHECK late, they will process it the nextday, thats how it goes.
Third is the BillsPaymemt Via Bank and CASH DEPOSIT. can be done anytime between the whole banking Day.

Tip on how to get bank transaction faster
(Know your teller)
Go to the same teller, so he or she could remember you.
Befriend with the guards, 👍

3-4 hours will pass it'll be 1:00pm
Time For my LateLunch. If I have a pack lunch then i'll saved more money if not i have to buy and find the cheapest food store around.

I eat my lunch and i eat very fast, i dont get to use my BREAKTIME which is 45minutes because i have other transaction to attend and the time is 1:00pm

1:00pm

I only have 4 more Hours. To finishy job for the day.
At the afternoom after i finish banks and ate my lunch I will transact our gov't document philHealth,pagIbig,sss,BIR,CityHall
Anyway this document is random, they give this to me randomly.
If they give me 2-3 govt Document I can finish this within the day. Buy if I have all Five of them...men... Have you ever tried transacting at the govt, its very exhausting, so many people, to deal with, to many question but the answer are so few...🎵🎵

Tip when transacting with a Govt office.
Know the people you are talking to. Just like in the banks. Go to the same teller, see the same person. Let them know you, introduce yourself later on befriend with them, if they offer you to Buy Some HONEYBEE,TUYO Products or anything they offer,take it.
If you have extra, buy them some hamburgers. That way they will, notice you easily, you can make a favor or a request that will be difficult to other to attain, this way you can transact faster, because you have people inside that know you. Trust me it works. It work in your day to day job and personal life, and dont forget to befriend with the guards too.

I also bring documents to our authorized notary public for Notarization of Various documents it was just drop/pick and roll. But sometime i have to wait for selected/rush document before i could go back to the office.

4:00pm

At this time most of my transaction is almost finish. This time I will be heading back at our Office.

4:30pm

At this period of time, i will repeat the fuel pick up. Another 4 gallon or 100 liter of Gasoline.
After that, i'll go back in our office, return my servive vehicle and return document/deposit slip to their respective department.

After  returning all of the document in my possesion im'a take my unuse coffee break wait until the bell rang🔔

5:12pm

Oh sweet! Sweet! Lord thank you for another safe journey for the day.🙏

5:20pm

TIME TO GO HOME!

This was just one of my basic routine, some other time I fetch japanese Guest at Makati bring them here in our Office/ Drove them back to makati after office and get back here at the office to return the Service Vehicle.

Sometimes I drive for our Directors/Managers. When they have meeting in the Metro they will request for my service. Doing that,scratch all my itinerary for the day. Because i will have to stay where the meeting was held and wait for them to finish, on that day im there personal driver/assistant.

The job was easy if you can handle time management. If you can see what comes first.
The only problem is,its pandemic time, and we are expose to covid everyday.

But to sum it all, I love this job.
It was like different challenges everyday.
Different routine,different Task, Different people to work with..
It was learning new things everyday.
