The important of a person at a point in time.

Sometime you wonder why some people are always lucky when called upon to represent or give a speak and you tend to asked your self why they always call him or her but what I tend to observe and understand is that the reason why he or she was called upon Is not that his talented more that the rest or because that Person is unique. But is all about his relevant with what they intended to do at that point in time his or her story just fit in. Not because his better than others, or he has experience more tham the other. But as soon as they find someone else with more better option or ability they tend to switch to that person.
