Green Chili (12)
Red Chili (Crushed 1 tbs)
Beef Qeema (1/2 kg)
Beef fat (1/2 kg)
Fresh Coriender (2 tsp)
Ginger Garlic paste (1 tbs)
Slat (About taste)
Caroom seeds crushed (1/2 tsp)
Black pepper powder (1/2 tsp)
Maiz Flour (1 cup)
Tomato (2)
Garam Masala Powder (1 tsp)
Cumin powder (1 tsp)
Dried pomegranate seeds (1 tbs)

Diresction:
Take a fry pan in which add coocking oil and fry 1 or 2 minit.
In frypan oil is heated then fry omelet from both sides and then set aside.
Take a chooper, in chooper add onion and chop well then squeeez with the help of hand.After choped them then set aside.
In Chooper, add green chilli and chop them and set aside.
Take a bowl, in bowl add beef mince, squeez onion & grated, Crushed red chilli, choped green chili, ginger garlic paste, Fresh coriender, Dried pomegranate seeds, Cumic powder, salt, Black pepper powder, carom seeds and gram masala powder.Mix all the added gradiants until well combined.
After mixing it then add egg and mixx well.
Then add maize flour and mix well.
After finish mixing of maslas then at this point you can store in refregrator for 1 day.
In Frypan Add tomato, Cooked egg omelete and mix until it combine and then tak a boul and cover this and then refregarate for 30-minutes.
In frypan, add beef and fry it and cover in low flame and stir in between.
Dip hands in cold water and take mixture of tomato eggs.
Grases hands with oil and take kababs.
After this heat melted fat and fry kababs until it done.
Then ymmm chapli kabab are ready..
