Fruits that should not be mixed for consumption
Some fruits produce different reactions when mixed, this is due to fact that many of them form chemical substances that affect the organism. Sweet fruits are the only ones that do not produce such effects, so they are recommended for salads and diets.
It is necessary to know the classification of fruits, so as not to make mistakes in the mixtures and cause damage to the organism.
Fruits classified in the acid and semi-acid groups do not allow any type of mixture. The oils of dry fruits such as nuts, hazelnuts, coconut, almonds, peanuts, among others, mixed with the sugars of sweet fruits; produce a serious indigestion when consumed in the same meal, since they produce toxic ferments for the cells, causing hepatic disorders.
The mixture of carrot and orange produces harmful effects on the renal system, deteriorates the ureters, elevates the level of acidity, stimulates the excess of bile and destabilizes the functioning of the liver. The bromelain contained in pineapple mixed any dairy product intoxicates the organism.
Lemon mixed with papaya desestanilizes hemoglobin levels in the blood and produces anemia. Hyperacidity or acidosis is caused by the mixture of guava and banana.
The incompatibility between orange (acidic) and melon (Sweet) produces toxic fermentations that delay the transformation of glucose, irritating the walls of the intestines.
