Solving Unemployment

To this day it seems like it is still too late to solve the unemployment of most Filipinos. As a result, some have lost hope of getting a job in the country. Especially college graduates because they have wasted what they studied and spent a lot of money just to finish their career which can be their weapon to achieve the desired peak in life. But they have instead added to the thousands of graduates who have already removed the heel of the shoe in search of work. If anyone can apply, there is a lot of competition to get the most qualified.

What is the best solution to this?

Entrepreneurship is the ability of a person to anticipate the type of product or service that others need and deliver it at the right time, to the right people and the right place. The person who faces risks and puts his or her ability into an action to see and personal satisfaction is an entrepreneur. As we know the subject in college, the four factors of production are land, labor, capital the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur will use all resources to create a business if livelihood. But in order for the founding business to thrive, he would hire skilled workers to speed up production. He will create employment opportunities for many unemployed. If there are many entrepreneurs, it is no longer a problem to find work here in the Philippines, sadly considering that the education system in the country does not insist on teaching us to create jobs but find and apply for a job. As a result, we have been able to create graduates who are more than creative in the workplace. That is why most, only in favor of the hardy and with exceptional ability, will actually end up unemployed.

If the Government expands the spirit of entrepreneurship, the continued increase in the number of unemployed Filipinos will be curbed which will also increase the poverty of those deprived of the comfort of life. When analyzed, entrepreneurship has improved the quality of human life. Innovative products created by entrepreneurs that have helped shape human life are insulin, computers, cellphones and zippers, to name a few. Just imagine if there was no insulin for diabetics, computers greatly aided in business operations, cellphones for easy communication with everyone.

Entrepreneurship can also reduce the brain drain resulting from the emigration of hardworking Filipinos. An example of this is the success story of entrepreneurs who have risen from poverty to the throne of prosperity and comfort.

There are entrepreneurs who have entered into the cultivation of high-value vegetables and fruits to take advantage of acres of land that have been left uncultivated for a long time. Someone made novelty items for export. Someone opened a bakery. Someone is cooking kalamay and many more. In hindsight, Filipino entrepreneurs are unique especially those based in the province. Their strong commitment and dedication to employing more workers in each of their communities cannot be overstated. They have strong trust in God. They have a sense of humor even when in the middle of a crisis. They have a fighting spirit. This is because Filipinos are used to many problems. Examples of these are hurricanes, floods and other disasters.

Thus the importance of entrepreneurship or the ability to identify an opportunity to introduce a new product, a new product process etc. should not be neglected because they play a major role in the development of the economy. in a country. An entrepreneur is different from an establishment manager. The entrepreneur can be found to be the top or founder of a business or establishment or major capitalists or stockholders of a company or business. These entrepreneurs are to build and run new business, especially in a market that is not yet very established or clearly known where production efficiency where production efficiency is not yet fully matched. With the advent of modern technology, the entrepreneur is now seen to not only run a business to earn money but also provide quality services and products to meet the needs of clients and consumers.
