Also, don't forget to wash up before getting in because nobody wants your dirty skin touching them when they sit down.

7. Read

Reading is one of the most underrated stress relievers and helps us all learn something new with every book we read. Think about it. When someone finishes a book, they feel like their mind has expanded, and they can take on even more challenges in life! Whether you choose nonfiction or fiction to read, make sure that you are choosing a book that will inspire you and make you want to be a better person overall. If, after reading a few chapters from whatever book you picked up, you find that it's not getting you in the right mindset, then just put it down and pick up something else until you find what works for you.

When we write, we are able to get everything that is on our minds out into the world while also curbing potential negative energy by making these thoughts tangible.
