Do you agree that streaming platforms like Netflix should be regulated by the MTRCB?

The division chief for MTRCB’s legal affairs, Atty. Jonathan Presquito, stated the need to regulate streaming platforms’ content during a Senate hearing on the proposed Internet Transactions Act.

Presquito further stated that in other countries such as South Korea, Netflix content was subjected to prior review.
