Firstly let's understand that some of what we call privileges today did not exist or little did we know about it's existing,

You could be just left alone with your own thoughts, With no read.cash to share it, no cell phone service, little did we know about internet No PCs, If you wanted certain information, your best bet would be the public library. Even in extreme cases ordering a book that might take weeks to get to you, you probably would loose interest in the book when it finally arrived

The ability to speak your mind, no political correctness PC,

Credit cards where new, people still pay in cash and dept levels where low, you only buy what you can afford

Every Family had one or 2 cars giving more room for parking space, less over crowded highways

Powerful unions good jobs high school diploma that meant something, pension was working less greedy politician.

But these above are Just some pros. 📌

Now the noted cons about the 60s and 50s

"where certain technology (multimedia) we have today that guarantee security like the rapid globalization.

There was constant threat of a nuclear war but.now that we know our neighbors through the globalization and trade, migration, multicultural education, we need not have those fears anyone.

For these few reasons stated i can say "life then was preferable" but because those people who lived them did dream about our own present, i would say the future is always better, and we're in the future.

Thanks for reading.

Please let me know what you think of life and living in the 60s was like, give me your preposition on this, in the comments section

It was most certainly a more simple time. But in some ways, also a bit more challenging. I think that, in fact, many people today have become a bit "soft," and honestly do not think many of our young people today would be able to go back to these times and survive.
