Joe Biden sought the presidency twice before serving as vice-president for eight years in the Obama administration, a role that might have been the capstone of his decades in public life.
In my opinion , whoever becomes the president the foreign policy remains untouched . Untouched in the sense that it will go on as it is going on. May Biden give emphasis to some subject matters but overall it will be as continuity of trump administration. I don't think there will be massive change....... But inside U.S.A many thing will change . How will it be will be somewhat scary..
