According to scientists, with the help of willpower, it takes a long time for a person to form a new habit. Taking small and manageable steps every day to develop a new habit will boost your motivation and give you the push you need to keep going.

When someone asks you how you are, instead of answering with ordinary words, say I am great, I feel great, I am very happy. Not only will you motivate yourself to be happy, but you will also spread happiness by making the other person smile.

Try something new every day. Change is what adds excitement to life. What we experience for the first time has an impact on the rest of our lives. Try something new every day for the next 30 days. It could be a new activity, or it could be talking to a stranger. Once you make it a habit, new opportunities will open up for you.

In life, you reap what you sow. When you can positively impact the lives of others, you impact your own life. Every day, do an act that will only serve the happiness and well-being of others. Your options are endless.

Set aside an hour each day to do something you are passionate about. Make time for activities that excite you. It could be reading, painting or spending time in clubs. Doing something you enjoy and believe in will bring meaning and happiness to your life.

Learn a new skill every day. Being self-sufficient is key to living a healthy and productive life. To be self-sufficient, you need to be equipped. Instead of specializing in one skill, try to learn as many as you need.

Teach something every day. We all have strengths and talents that can help others. What is easy for you to do may not be as easy for everyone else.

Be kind. Be kind even to people you don't like or who treat you badly. This does not mean that you are fake, but that you are mature enough to control your emotions.

Focus on being positive. To be a real winner in life, try to think positively. No matter what situation you are in, always try to draw a positive conclusion and be the source of your own happiness. Believe that your mistakes are experiences that make you grow. Believe in yourself.

Learn from negativity. Remember that there is a lesson you can learn from everything in life; everyone you meet, every situation you encounter... Especially when things don't go the way you want them to, the lesson is very important. Believe that better options await you in the face of adversity.

Try to enjoy life. The outcome of everything you have experienced in your life that has brought you to this moment, whether positive, negative, happy or sad. Ask yourself the question: How much of life am I living? Remember that the only moment you can count on is the moment you are in. Live in the moment for the next 30 days.
