Sleeping is a process of the body to relax and regain some strength.

Here are some tips to have a wonderful sleep

Reminder there is no scientific explanation but based on experience

  1. Drink warm glass of milk before going to bed.

  2. Play a song over your music player. Pick song that is quiet and relaxing

  3. Put your phone away from you where you cannot reach it

  4. Try to massage yourr forehead on your own

  5. Never think of your problem

  6. Alwayd pray to God
