In the Philippines, occasions will not be as good if there is no many foods. One of my favorite foods is lunpiang shanghai. The crispiness and the juiceness of this food will always be a must have food in the table.
Today im writing this article to show you how is it cook. First thing is to let know what is Lumpiang shanghai.
Lumpiang Shanghai- a deep fried Giniling wrapped in thin egg crepe.
Without further explanation here are the ingredients in making Lumoiang Shanghai:
2lbs ground pork
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/2 cup celery, minced
1/2 cup carrots, minced
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 large egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Spring roll wrappers
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredient
Prepare the wrapper, place it in a flat surface then add the mix ingredients and roll
After completing all the rolling of lumpiang shanghai, heat a wook with vegatable oil and deep fry. Wait ubtil golden brown.
Served hot with your favorite ketchup. Enjoy
