Ingredietns
2tbsp butter
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Vanilla extract about 4 drops
1tbsp cocoa
Procedure
Melt butter then add peanut butter. While mixing add cocoa
Add coconut milk. Stir well
Place 2 spoonful scoops onto sheet pan.
Refrigerate and freeze for 5minutes
