NWO/Great Reset Best Explanation

Like in Ghana-
Not long ago they had one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Back in 2014 they were experiencing their highest economic growth year ever. Even exporting energy to their neighbors in West Africa. After that Ghana unfortunately signed a contract to lower their carbon admissions when they entered the Paris Climate Agreement.
As a result since last year they've been experiencing multiple blackouts. Recently those blackouts also resulted in no drinking water in an area that has millions of residents.
They are also facing major food shortages. Because of part of the agreement they are now using less efficient fertilizers that were supposed to reduce the impact of climate change.
In Sri Lanka-
Not long after Ghana, Sri Lanka entered a similar contract. Which ultimately resulted in the citizens revolting. In 2021 an insurrection took down their government. Truck drivers now having to spend several days at a gas station waiting for gas is a common occurrence.
In The Netherlands-
The government is threatening to impose new harsh regulations against their farmers. This has resulted in massive protests all over their country. Over 3,000 farms may have to shut down due to the new ridiculous regulations.
They have been doing this because poor countries are easy to control.
Now serveral other countries including the United States and some large European countries are facing the same issues. Major shortages in food and gas will greatly affect huge populations. Threatening starvation and in some places freezing to death.
But this was all part of the plan. This is what they wanted. 20 years ago the NWO was considered a crazy conspiracy theory. Now they aren't even trying to hide it anymore. Publicly calling it the Great Reset.
