How do they manage to give away Zcash without all the ads. By encouraging users to download Brave Browser, they hope to get paid by Brave for each verified download. If they can keep you playing the faucet for 30 days then Brave pay them out from their referral program.
Also there was an advertising banner for ETORO with invite to join, another possible affiliate program for PipeFlare to tap into. Plus you also get occasional promotional emails from PipeFlare inviting you to use their VPN app or some other product. Their funding model must be doing great, as they have just been able to increase the Referral Program payouts by 10x.

PieFlare do have a social media presence, only just though. Both Twitter and Facebook accounts were created in July 2020. They also have a Discord account which seems to be their preferred communication channel.
