The Flare (FLR) token is the native token of the PipeFlare Gaming and Faucet Hub.
Nine months ago PipeFlare started out as a simple clone of the Horizen and Global Hive faucets.

Went with the 12 months lockup, as I reckon it may take that long to get the Flare token onto to a blockchain and in the mean time we have no intention on using them for the in-house purchases.
It is really just a pig in a poke. It may never happen but if it does and the tokens become trade-able. Well then that is another matter.
Given how far PipeFlare has come in 9 months since I first was introduced on Pb0x. I wouldn't be too surprised if they make it happen. If Atomic Wallet can create their "shitcoin" and it now has a trade-able value. Then there is no reason PipeFlare won't be able to create their own "shitcoin". Plus it will be in PipeFlare"s interests as well, it is like minting your own money.
