Every one's asking me why do I stay healthy?even if I'm thin?
Well my answer is always eat a healthy diet,balance your food . Do not eat too much meat it was high in fat and cholesterol,do not eat too much junk food it was bad for our kidney . Instead eat some healthy chips,fresh fruit juices which literally extracted from a fruit always eat veggies but I'm not saying that you need to become vegetarian just balance the food you eat and avoid eating some process foods to prolong your life .
For good health it is very much essential to maintain balance diet.
