1.lachacha semai 1 packet
2.suger 1 cup +3 tablespoons
3.milk 1 litter
4.ghee 3 tbsp
5.cornflwer 2 tbsp
6.milk powder 1/2 cup
7.raisins (like choice)
First ,let's fry semai.ghee 3 tbsp,semai 1 packet .now stir and fry until colour change little bit.take your time to fry at tow heart .be careful and don't burn.no need to our fry otherwise it will teste bitter .it almost little brown milk powder 1/2 cyup .now stir and mix evenly.sugar 1 cup.sugar doesnt dissolve completely. So stir and mix for almost 2 minutes and keep aside.dont fry too much after adding suger.otherwise sugar will caramelized .then the semai will from lumps and also taste bitter.now transfer semai into a bowl .otherwise it will burn from pans heart now fry raisins with ghee in that pan.you can add crused nuts or almond if you like .fry raisins in low heat .now keep them aside .
Milk 1 letter .reduce 1/3 part of milk .i am not using condensed milk or heavy cream.thats why i 'll thicken milk .milk reduced much.suger 3 tbsp stir and mix evenly .cornflowr 2 tbsp. Mix milk powder and cornflowr with water in a bowl.you can skip milk powder and can mix cornflowr only in water .add this mixture and continuously stir .lumps will create without instant stiring almost 5 minutes later, I won't thicKen milk too much if you want more thicker ,there add 1/2 tbsp of cornflowr more .my desired thickness is ready now turn of the heart and let it cool little bit ..it 'll thicKen more while cooling down .
Now prepare the dessert.,very simple and one outstanding .dessert .this is my first try of this recipe. Must tell me if my make my mistake .take this once if you haven't tried yet like me.ready to searve
