Hi guys, today I feel like a cook and I will show you a recipe made with chicken and milk, it is a very quick recipe it takes up to twenty minutes to make it and it is within everyone's reach even for those who are not very practical in the kitchen ... like myself! :-)
Here I will show you all the procedures step by step, the recipe is for four or two people who are so hungry and this dish is really greedy so much that my partner and I made it out in two :-).
It is a fairly light and complete dish and once finished you will be sorry for a while! ... LET'S TURN THE COOKERS ON!
The ingredient of this week's challenge is MILK.
As you know, we like the concept of less is more, but offering you milk and biscuits was perhaps really too less 😊
No, what we have chosen today is a second: chicken nuggets with milk.
INGREDIENTS for 4 people
Chicken Fillet 300gr
Whole milk 350ml
Butter 40gr
Flour to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste.
Parsley to taste
First, you need to pass the chicken fillets in the flour. I preferred to leave them whole because they were beautiful fat fillets, alternatively you can cut bites that are not too small and then always flour them.
In a large pan, melt the butter with a drizzle of oil and then place the floured chicken on it.
Brown the chicken until it forms a light crust, turning it from time to time.
When the morsels are golden brown, add the milk and parsley.
Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, a few minutes less if you prefer them creamier.
Serve and add the salt.
And now at the table !!!!!
As per our tradition, a simple and quick recipe, it takes about twenty minutes to prepare, easy to make even for those who are not super chefs but with a "legendary" goodness :-). Accompanied by salad and a piece of grilled bread it is a complete and light dish.
