Back in high school, Abood was working on his EG. Remember those? He just got a racing division bumper and was the proudest dude in the entire school. On his back he laid in his school uniform, smiling and looking at the sky - his dream car was almost done. We spent quite a few nights in that lowered honda EG. Keeping away from cops because most of the mods were illegal. Abood and the boys worked on their cars themselves. It was so shabby that the cluster would come off, and at times when we were racing the custom JDM titanium gear knobs would pop off.

Most of our days after school were spent on planning a drive, race, or mods. Those times I dreamed everything JDM. Classic Japanese-inspired mods and as much as possible rice! Most of my current dream cars are a little away from those, but still very similarly energetic. Let's go down the list of my dream cars from most unattainable to attainable.

Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta

Zondas by themselves are some of the most marvelous machines ever created in high-end roadsters. They also come with a notorious reputation. One of the biggest speedbumps when it comes to Zondas is that they are deemed illegal in many countries. Reasons have varied throughout the years. Sometimes they are just too fast for a country's choice, sometimes they just cost too much to test, and sometimes it is just for something of a feature like airbag noncompliance.

The lady of my dreams from the Zondas is still Barchetta. An incredible car. There are only 2 things that stop me from getting it. Or else you'd see me rolling on the street with that bad boy.

1- They costed 503005518.60 UAH - off the ramp. (try reading that number)
2- Only 3 were made and sold out before they were released.

This bad boy the most powerful "legal" Zonda to ever hit the road. In a quick glance, it resembles most of the Zondas as they all share similar aesthetics. But in reality, it is so much more different. The hood is changed, the back is a beauty. The air intakes and exhausts are orgasmic. A few things have been borrowed from the Hyaura. All in one it produces a whopping 789 hp with a 850Nm torque and goes over 350 KM/h.

Porsche 930 Turbo 'Flat Nose'

Porsche has an unshakable reputation the automobile industry. Today, almost anyone can spot and identify a porsche on the street. It has the iconic look. The body shape and the headlights have been standardized for a long time. A lot of people may recognize the name prosche 911. It is an icon in the porsche line. Back in the late 1900's, they had a special line the porsche 911 which was really the 930.

The line ran from 1970s to 1980s. Grew a marvellous reputation for itself. There was one thing different. The flatnose. AKA flachbau. It ripped of the iconic look for literally a "flatnost". They are very rare. Some say only under 1000 are available in the world. It is difficult to find them in any market, too. They aren't very porsche like in the looks section, nor can they be compared to modern porsches. Notorious for how crazy they drive.

I did a small research and looks like a few of the flatnoses were going for around 5030055.19-8383425.31 UAH. (150,000-250,000 Euros). It is incredibly hard to get your hands on them. Even rarer if you want something specific like I do. 1982, metallic silver, SE model. Wish someday I come across it and get to sit in it, maybe even get a ride. It is still relatively more attainable than the Zonda.

Subaru WRX STI

AutoExpress

I have no clue where my obsession with the WRX came from. Maybe it is in the name - World Rally Experience. The Impreza that was built for the rallies absolutely destroyed most of the runs. It was a monster and as few as those I watched, I loved how it ran.

Since 2014 the WRX isn't Impreza based anymore. I do believe the WRX is still a legendary figure in its own lane. Nevertheless, my obsession with the Impreza-WRX still lives.

This is AWD with 265 Hp, pushing 0-60 in about 5 seconds. These are rally cars, but can easily be a DD (daily driver). The car is a nice mix of family/rally car. If you are in for something like this then the Impreza line WRX are really cool.
