"You don't have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces - just good food from fresh ingredients." - Julia Child Yes, naman simple food yet so healthy! Aanhin mo naman ang bonggang-bonggang food but puro unhealthy at pricey pa. While you can have simple, healthy and almost free foods. It's a dream come true for me to have this as my viand today hahaha! Ayan, ang dami ko kasing nakikita dito na menus na may munggo eh kaya I asked helped from my mama to have ginataang munggo today, with a twist pa. We usually cook mung beans with squash, alugbati (malabar nightshade/spinach), and coconut milk or instead of squash and alugbati, unripe jackfruit and camote tops with a little salt, ginger, onions, and garlic as spices. We also have bamboo shoots, jute leaves, and lady's fingers as planned by mama to cook today, but since I told her my plan to cook munggo with coconut milk, we combined these two menus in one. It turned out to be more healthy for I also added moringa leaves and more garlic that were left from the home remedy I made for our puppies, yesterday. Tara, let's eat! I know many of you can't take these kind of veggie mix but me while eating this, feels like winning in lotto or having more BCH while in dip haha! To think that I'm winning against germs and viruses. Oh siya, I'm done eating one plate veggies and will add more with a small amount of rice only. And hope you too are eating healthy foods right now. Happy and Blessed weekend!
