Wishing you all a day full of happiness, love, and relaxation while eating your fave foods with your family. We usually have no food preparation or something special for our mom on this day, but we make sure that she's taking her medicines. And since my niece's birthday was just 3 days ago, we still have some remaining foods and we both shared our fave fruit salad. She would love to attend Flores De Mayo in our brgy. chapel every afternoon than in eating foods, so we let her go there everyday. My brother or my nephew will take her there an hour before they pray the rosary and before the children offer flowers to Virgin Mary. And 2 days ago, mama brought some roses from childrens' flower offerings and I tried to propagate it in water. I placed the jars in a corner with bright, indirect sunlight. Let's see next days or next weeks if new leaves will start to grow like in the cuttings of banawak or Uvaria rufa tree. Like plant cuttings in water, our mothers may hurting, broken, or sometimes forgotten but their love will sprout again. A Blessed Sunday!
